Who we are

RoundZero ("RoundZero", "we", "us") is operated by Globots IT Solutions Private Limited, 643 Shakti Khand-4, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. You can reach us at support@theroundzero.com.

These terms are an agreement between you and RoundZero. If you are using RoundZero on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

What RoundZero is — and is not

RoundZero runs a spoken mock interview with an AI interviewer, then produces a written report scoring how you came across across seven dimensions, with evidence drawn from your own answers.

It is practice and feedback only. RoundZero is not a real job interview, not a hiring decision, and not career, legal, or psychological advice. We do not guarantee any interview result, job offer, or score. Use the feedback as one input, not a verdict.

Your account

You need an account to use RoundZero. You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate information, verify your email, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to repeat the free trial or evade limits is a breach of these terms.

The free trial

Each verified account gets one 3-minute free trial that produces a full report. No payment card is required for the trial. The trial is one-time per person; we use email verification and abuse signals to enforce that.

Credits, pricing and payment

RoundZero is pay-per-session. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You buy session credits for 30, 60 or 90-minute sessions and spend them when you start a session.

Prices are region-based, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Cashfree; RoundZero never stores your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

• Session credits do not expire.
• A credit is spent the moment you start a session (after the pre-flight check).

Refunds and make-goods

Credits are not refundable for cash. If a session fails because of a problem on our side — for example an interviewer outage, a session that never produces a report, or a backend error — we issue a make-good credit so you are not charged for something you did not receive.

We do not issue make-goods for problems outside our control, such as your microphone, network, or browser, or for choosing to end a session early.

Recording and AI processing

RoundZero records your spoken answers and processes them with AI to transcribe the session and generate your report. For technical interviews you may also share your screen and webcam so the interviewer can follow your work. By starting a session you consent to this recording and processing.

Some processing happens through third-party providers (see the Privacy Policy for the full list). You can delete your account at any time, and ask us to remove individual sessions.

Your content and our intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you put in — your resume, job descriptions, and the answers you speak. You grant RoundZero the licence needed to host, process, and analyse that content so we can run your session and produce your report.

RoundZero owns the platform, the interviewer behaviour, the scoring rubric, and the report format. We only use anonymised data to improve benchmarks if you have opted in to benchmark contribution (see the Privacy Policy); you can use RoundZero fully without opting in.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not share, resell, or transfer your account or credits.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not use RoundZero to harass others or to impersonate someone else.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep RoundZero available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that briefly affects availability.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using RoundZero and delete your account at any time from the Your Data page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for abuse or fraud.

If we close your account for a breach, unused credits may be forfeited. If you close your account yourself, your data is deleted on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

RoundZero is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated transcripts and reports can contain mistakes and may not reflect your true ability. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RoundZero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities or job outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid RoundZero in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless your local consumer law gives you stronger rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will let you know in the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use RoundZero after a change means you accept the updated terms.
